- Shaping Inclusive Design Principles: Guide the development of tech, programs, and policies that are intentionally inclusive across gender, ability, geography, age, and socioeconomic status.
- Promoting Access for Underserved Communities: Champion initiatives that bridge the digital divide and empower marginalised groups through technology.
- Fostering Inclusive Leadership: Support Texonnect in building leadership pipelines and safe spaces that reflect the full spectrum of African society.
- Advising on Equity-Centred Policy Engagement: Ensure equity is central to Texonnect’s contributions to local and regional policy frameworks.
- Raising Awareness & Dialogue: Lead conversations, training, and community engagements that elevate awareness of structural barriers and pathways to inclusion
